# delete_saved_search

> Permanently delete a lead's saved searches.

Permanently delete one or more of a lead's saved searches (property alerts and market snapshots). The lead stops receiving their emails.

| Parameter | Required | Notes |
| - | - | - |
| `lead_id` | Yes | The lead the saved searches belong to. |
| `ids` | Yes | Numeric saved search ids, up to 10. |
| `confirm_token` | — | The token from the confirmation response, on the second call. |

Always asks for [confirmation](/mcp/guides/confirmation-tiers): the first call returns `needsConfirmation` with a summary; call again with the same arguments plus `confirm_token` to delete. Returns a `results` array, one entry per saved search id.

To stop the emails but keep the search, use [`pause_saved_searches`](/mcp/tools/pause-saved-searches) instead.
