Create a property alert or market snapshot for a lead — a saved search Lofty emails the lead on a schedule.
A PROPERTY_ALERT emails the lead its first alert right away unless fields.sendFirstEmailNow is false. Pass false when you only want to save the search.
Returns the stored saved search, id included. A rejected write comes back as {code, message} — check the code, not just the call status. Never asks for confirmation. Read a lead’s saved searches back with search_leads (scope: "saved_searches", lead_id).
