Permanently delete one or more of a lead’s saved searches (property alerts and market snapshots). The lead stops receiving their emails.
Always asks for confirmation: the first call returns needsConfirmation with a summary; call again with the same arguments plus confirm_token to delete. Returns a results array, one entry per saved search id. To stop the emails but keep the search, use pause_saved_searches instead.
